Wow it’s nearly Christmas, just two weeks to go

It’s time for me to decorate the Tree. Plan the food and any last-minute spending.

I love this season because I get to spend my money rather than count the pennies for a few days. I can do this because I have saved during the year and will again next year. Which means I don’t have to borrow any money.

This blog is my last until Next Year when I start saving up for Christmas from literally January 1st 2021. I will also be including a Christmas Countdown for forty-eight weeks in my blog.

My plan is to:

Set a budget for next Christmas

Divide the amount by forty-eight, which will give me four weeks before Christmas next year to work out how much I have saved and what I can buy. Have I reached my budget?

I will include any store rewards I think I may earn during the year and finally

I will set my savings amount.

Please feel free to join me on my savings journey.

Wishing you a lovely Christmas and a Very Happy New Year.
